-Minimum purchase of $10.00SGD to deal the order.
-The colors of some item might be a bit different from the color displayed on the computer.
- Purchase more than $100 will have a bank transfer.
-We will reply your email within 48 hours.
-We accept Paypal, Bank transfer, conceal cash, meet-up payment.
-Sizes are written on the post. Please confirm your size before you make any orders.
-Hand knitted product will be more expensive than the others, please look at the price properly before you place your order.

Meet up:

-Meet ups fees will be $2.00 for the place below
-Available places for meet ups:
Boon Lay MRT Station
Chinese Garden MRT Station
Jurong East MRT Station
Clementi MRT Station
Bukit Batok MRT Station

-Places beyond the west side can be discussed but the meet up fee might be above $2.00.
-On the meet up day, please try to be on time. If you could not make it on that particular day, please inform us at least 1 hour earlier.

Postage and Handling:
-If you are choosing the postage method, please read the terms and conditions below
-Items will be mailed out one to two days later after we received the payment, in order to prepare the products you ordered.
-You will receive the items that you had ordered after 3-4 days after we sent the items.
-We will inform you after we receive the money and sent the items.
-We are NOT responsible for lost mail.

Registered Mail:
-If the item is consider as small and mini, it will have an additional fees of $3-$5 (depending the weight and size)
-If the item is consider as large and big, it will have an additional fees of $6-$10(depending the weight and size)

Normal Mail:
-If the item is consider as small and mini, it will have an additional fees of $0.50-$1 (depending the weight and size)
-If the item is consider as large and big, it will have an additional fees of $1-$3 (depending the weight and size)

Shipments to other country:
-Shipping fee will be calculated according to the country you are posting to, no extra charges will be charged.
-You may confirm your order when shipping fee is calculated.
